You submit requests anytime. We work on one at a time. As soon as one ships, we move to the next in your queue. Most tasks land in 48 hours.
What counts as one task?
A discrete deliverable. One landing page rewrite. One ad creative set. One email campaign. We'll flag if a request is more than one task and let you choose how to split it.
Can I pause and come back?
Yes. Pause anytime. Your slot is held for 60 days. After that we may release it if we're full.
What if I need management across multiple platforms?
On-Call covers one channel per managed service area. If you need management across multiple channels, we'll quote a custom add-on. Most clients don't need more than one.
