Do you do contracts?+

On-Call is a rolling monthly subscription. Cancel anytime. Managed services are rolling monthly. Cancel anytime. Menu fixes are one-off. No long contracts, no minimum terms.

Are there hidden fees?+

No. The price you see is the price you pay. The only optional add-on is Rush (50% for half the turnaround), which you choose at checkout. Paid media management has a percentage option for high spend — it's either AED 4,500/month or 15% of ad spend, whichever is higher.

How do I pay?+

Stripe at checkout. Card or bank transfer for larger projects. AED invoices available on request. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you pause or cancel.

What's the difference between the menu and On-Call?+

The menu is one-off fixes and standalone managed services, paid month by month. On-Call is a monthly subscription with unlimited requests across anything we cover, with management included. If you'll spend more than AED 12,500/month with us, On-Call costs less.

What if I don't know what I need?+

Buy a brand audit (AED 1,500) or a full marketing audit (AED 3,500). We'll tell you what to fix first. Most clients start there and move into a fix or On-Call once they know.

What if I need something that isn't on the menu?+

That's what On-Call is for. Unlimited requests across anything we cover, including the left-field stuff. If you're a one-off menu buyer and you have a curveball, just email us and we'll point you the right way.

How does the waitlist work?+

We accept 6 new projects per week. When that fills, you can join the waitlist. We'll email you the moment a slot opens, usually within seven days.

How fast do you actually deliver?+

Each fix shows its turnaround. We hit it. If we miss it, we refund the difference. Rush halves the turnaround for a 50% surcharge. Managed services start within five working days of access being granted.

Do you do calls?+

We're async-first by default. No long discovery calls, no weekly status meetings, no surprise check-ins. We do quick calls when something genuinely needs voice, and we offer Crisis Lane (six-hour async response) for urgent issues. If you want a meeting culture, we're not the right fit.

What if the work isn't right?+

We revise until it is, within the original scope. If we genuinely got it wrong, we refund. We don't argue.

How do managed services work?+

You buy the management subscription. We send you our access protocol. You grant us admin access to the relevant platform (CMS, ad account, email tool, social account) through the platform's built-in user management. We start work within five working days. You get a monthly report. You can pause or cancel anytime. When you do, we hand back access immediately.

What about ad spend on managed paid media?+

Ad spend stays on your payment method, never ours. We manage the campaigns, you fund the spend directly with the platform. We never touch your card.

Do you store our passwords?+

No. We never share or store passwords. We use the platform's native admin invitations (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads access, etc.). For platforms without that, we ask you to create a dedicated user account with two-factor authentication enabled.

Who owns the work and the accounts?+

You own everything. Your accounts, your content, your data. We work inside your platforms with admin access. When you leave, you keep all of it.

Do you work outside the UAE?+

Yes. We're built in the UAE and most of our clients are here, but we work with founders and SMEs anywhere. Pricing stays in AED with USD shown.

Do you take on enterprise clients?+

We're built for founders and SMEs. If you're a large enterprise, we can still help, but you might find our async model unusual. Email us before buying.

Do you offer Arabic language work?+

We work primarily in English. For Arabic content production, we work with vetted UAE-based partners. Tell us at briefing and we'll quote any partner work upfront.
