Terms of use.

The short version

Founda Intelligence is operated by Founda. The site offers AI-powered marketing tools and downloadable resources. Tools and packs are paid via Stripe checkout, with access codes issued by Founda for complimentary or discounted use. Use the tools and packs for your own brand or for clients. Do not redistribute paid content.

Who provides this service

Founda Intelligence is operated by Founda Collective For Marketing and PR, a UAE-licensed entity. Trade licence number 1621174. Questions, feedback, and legal matters go to hello@founda.me.

Using the tools

The AI tools (audit, sentiment check, competitive review, and any future tools we add) are paid products, with access granted by purchase or by access code issued by Founda. By using the tools you accept that:

• Outputs are AI-generated and should be treated as a starting point for your own thinking, not as a finished product or as professional advice.
• The tools draw on third-party services (Anthropic for analysis, your own browser for storage). We do not store your inputs on a database.
• We may change, pause, or remove tools without notice if a third- party service breaks or if the underlying model is deprecated.

Paid use and licensing

Tools and packs are paid via Stripe. Once you have purchased a pack or unlocked a tool, you can use it for any project, by yourself or with clients. You may not redistribute a pack as your own product or share it publicly. Access codes that grant complimentary or discounted use carry the same licence terms as a paid purchase.

Intellectual property

Founda owns the design, copy, code, and frameworks that make up Founda Intelligence. The tools and packs are licensed for your use, not transferred. Brand names, logos, and trademarks of third parties cited in the packs (Patagonia, Apple, Liquid Death, Mailchimp, Glossier, Aesop and others) belong to their respective owners and are referenced under nominative fair use for editorial purposes.

Outputs the tools generate from your inputs (audit reports, competitive analyses, sentiment-check results) are yours to use as you wish.

Third-party services

The tools rely on third-party providers, including:

• Anthropic — provides the language model that runs the analyses. Anthropic processes inputs you submit. Anthropic does not train its production models on customer inputs by default.
• Stripe — handles all payments. Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy apply when you check out.
• Vercel — hosts the site infrastructure.

We have no control over outages or policy changes at these providers. If a tool stops working because of a provider issue, we will notify and resolve as fast as we can.

Acceptable use

Use the tools for legitimate marketing analysis. Do not use them to:

• Audit or analyse content you do not have a right to access
• Generate output you intend to misrepresent as the work of another person or business
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the tools at scale
• Submit illegal, defamatory, or harmful content for analysis

We reserve the right to revoke access codes if these terms are breached.

Liability

Founda Intelligence is provided on an as-is basis. The outputs are the result of automated analysis and may contain errors or omissions. We make no warranty that the tools or packs will produce results suitable for your specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the use of Founda Intelligence is limited to the amount you paid us for the resource in question, if any.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified by updating the date at the top of this page and, for paid customers, by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of the relevant Emirate have exclusive jurisdiction.

Note for go-live: these terms are a working draft. Before public launch, have a UAE or UK-qualified commercial counsel review against your registered jurisdiction and any specific commercial commitments you intend to make.
