Privacy notice.

The short version

We do not sell your data. We collect only what we need to run the tools, fulfil your purchases, and operate the site. The two AI tools (audit and competitive review) send public website content and the text you type to Anthropic for analysis; nothing else leaves the device.

Who we are

Founda Intelligence is operated by Founda Collective For Marketing and PR, a UAE-licensed entity. Trade licence number 1621174. This is the legal entity responsible for data collected through this site and the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

What we collect

When you use the tools

• The brand URL you type into the audit, the competitor URLs you list, or the campaign concept you paste into the sentiment check
• Whatever the publicly accessible homepage of those URLs returns to a polite web request
• Optional fields you fill in (brand name, category, website for the brand voice signal)

These inputs are sent to Anthropic so the tool can analyse them. Anthropic processes the request and returns a result. We do not store the inputs or the results on a database; they live in your browser for the session and are gone when you close the tab.

When you fill in a template

The Brand Strategy and Campaign Brief templates save your typed answers in your browser's local storage so you can come back to them later. They never leave your device. Clearing your browser data will remove them. Use the Reset link on each pack to clear them manually.

When you redeem an access code

We store the code you submitted as an HTTP-only cookie so the tools stay unlocked for thirty days. The cookie is signed and only contains the code itself. We do not log who used which code.

When you buy a pack or bundle

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see your card details. Stripe collects the data necessary to process the payment, including your email and country, and sends us a notification of completion so we can grant access. Stripe's privacy notice covers what they do with that data.

What we do not collect

• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that follow you around the web.
• We do not collect data on your usage of the tools beyond what your browser session needs.
• We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.

Cookies

We use the minimum necessary cookies. See the Cookie notice for details on which ones and why.

Your rights

Under GDPR (if you are in the UK or EU) and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (if you are in the UAE), you have the right to access the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email hello@founda.me with the request and we will action it within thirty days.

Data retention

We retain payment records for the period required by law (typically seven years for tax purposes). We do not retain tool inputs or outputs. Browser-stored template answers persist until you clear them.
