Managed services are how we run things for you each month. Web updates, social posting, email campaigns, paid media, SEO. We do the work, you stay focused on your business.

- We send you our Founda Access Protocol document
- You grant us admin access through the platform's built-in user management — never by sharing passwords
- We start work within five working days of access being granted
- You get a monthly performance report on the same date each month
- You can pause or cancel anytime. When you do, we hand back access immediately

Why we audit before we ship.
Most agencies skip the audit because it slows them down on the way to billing you. We don't.
Every Founda engagement starts with a mini-audit because the wrong fix wastes everyone's time. If you've bought a landing page rewrite but the real problem is your traffic source, the rewrite won't help. The audit catches that. We tell you. Then we either reroute the work or refund the difference and start again.

On-Call clients and managed services clients get Crisis Lane: a dedicated form that triggers a six-hour async response from a senior operator, 7am to 11pm Gulf Standard Time. We assess, recommend, and act if needed.
