Cookie notice.

Founda Intelligence uses the smallest possible set of cookies. None of them follow you across the web, none of them sell your data, and none of them are used for advertising. The full list and what each one does is below.

The short version

We use cookies for two things: keeping you signed in to the tools once you have entered an access code, and (where the user has consented) understanding how visitors use the site so we can improve it. That is it.

The cookies we use

founda_access · functional, required

Set when you successfully redeem an access code. Stores the code as an HTTP-only cookie so the tools stay unlocked on this browser. Required for the tools to function. Lasts thirty days. Removed automatically when it expires, or if you clear your browser cookies.

Local storage (not technically a cookie)

The Brand Strategy and Campaign Brief templates save your typed answers in your browser's local storage so your work is not lost on refresh. This data never leaves your device. Use the Reset link on the pack page to clear it manually, or clear your browser storage to remove all of it.

Analytics cookies

We do not currently run any analytics cookies. If we add an analytics tool in future, we will:

  • Update this page to list the cookies it uses
  • Use a privacy-respecting tool (e.g. Plausible, which does not use cookies at all)
  • Add a consent banner if the chosen tool requires it under EU or UK law

Third-party cookies set during checkout

When you click through to a Stripe Payment Link to buy a pack or bundle, Stripe sets cookies on its checkout page. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's privacy policy and we have no control over them.

Controlling cookies

Most browsers let you block, delete, or manage cookies via Settings → Privacy. Blocking the founda_access cookie will prevent you from using the AI tools (the access gate will not be able to remember you).
