Most brands write a content calendar once a year, in a spreadsheet, and open it three or four times before it becomes decorative. The plan looked reasonable in December. By late January the launch got moved, an ad-hoc campaign consumed a fortnight, and one team member left. By March the calendar is fiction. This is not a failure of discipline.
